Joulukalenteri luukku 22 - The Advent calendar window 22

Persiljasilppu sekä juusto- ja porkkanaraaste
Shredded parsley, grated cheese and grated carrot
DIY herkut koiralle

Muutin hieman alkuperäistä ohjetta, alla listattuna tarvittavat ainesosat!

Tässä vielä ohje nameihin:
Noin 120 g:n nippu persiljaa varsineen hienoksi silputtuna
Porkkana raastettuna
60 g voimakasta ja kovaa juustoa, esim. cheddarjuustoa (raastettuna)
3 rkl oliiviöljyä
5 dl glut. jauhoja
1,5 tl leivinjauhetta
1,5-2dl kanalientä tai vettä (itse käytin vettä)
(Luun muotoinen piparimuotti)

Sekoita persiljasilppu sekä porkkana- ja juustoraaste keskenään. Kaada seoksen joukkoon öljy ja sekoita. Sekoita toisessa kulhossa jauhot ja leivinjauhe. Sekoita jauhoseoksen joukkoon persiljaseos. Lisää joukkoon vähän kerrallaan kanaliemi tai vesi. Sekoita, kunnes taikina on tasaista.

DIY yummies for dogs
I found the dogs' yummies recipe on the net and I decided to test that. If you want to see the recipe, please klick this link! That recipe is Finnish. In this recipe a bone-shaped gingerbread mold was used, but we didn't have that so I used a little different mold to this. According to the recipe these biscuits will abide in airtight case for few months. Although I thought that I give these yummies to Jenny so far only the Christmas, but Jenny wanted to taste it before, and she liked it! I changed some components and I listed the components below!

Here is the components for these biscuits:
About 120 g parsley in small pieces
Carrot (grated)
60 g of hard cheese, for example cheddar cheese (grated)
3 tablespoons of olive oil
5 dl gluten free flour
1.5 teaspoon of baking powder
1.5-2 dl chicken liquid stock or water (I used water)
(Bone-shaped gingerbread mold)

Mix parsley and carrots and cheese. Add oil and mix. Mix in another bowl flour and baking powder. Add the parsley mixture into the flour mixture. Add chicken liquid stock or water gently. Stir until the dough is smooth. Bake dough first by hand, then pour it on a floured table. Roll the dough into a sheet of about 0.5cm thick. Make the bone-shaped (or other shaped) biscuits and lift them onto the baking tray. Fry biscuits about 25 minutes at 175 degrees until they are hard and the edges are golden brown. Cool well.
